This Privacy Policy explains how Assentra: Asset Tracker (“Assentra”, “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the App.

The App is operated by COREDYNAMICS LTD, registration number HE 485235.

01About Assentra: Asset Tracker

Assentra: Asset Tracker is a personal asset and finance tracking application.

The App allows users to track assets, property, securities, accounts, balances, transactions, budgets, categories, notes, tags, and related statistics in one place.

Assentra does not connect to banks, does not access online banking credentials, and does not provide banking, brokerage, investment, tax, or legal services.

The App is intended only as a personal tracking and analytics tool. Any financial or asset-related information displayed in the App is based on data entered or provided by the user.

02Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide, operate, and improve the App.

2.1 Account Information

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

  • email address;
  • account authentication information;
  • Sign in with Apple identifier, if you choose Sign in with Apple;
  • information needed to create, maintain, and delete your account.

You may also use the App without registration where this option is available.

2.2 User-Provided Financial and Asset Data

When you use the App, you may choose to enter and store information such as:

  • assets and property records;
  • securities and investment records;
  • accounts and balances;
  • transactions;
  • budgets;
  • categories;
  • notes and tags;
  • other information you voluntarily add to the App.

This information is provided by you and is used to display your asset and finance statistics inside the App.

2.3 Device and Usage Information

We may collect technical and usage information, including:

  • device identifier or app instance identifier;
  • device type and operating system;
  • app version;
  • language and general device settings;
  • in-app usage events;
  • analytics events.

We use this information to understand how the App is used, improve features, fix issues, and maintain the reliability of the App.

2.4 Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription, premium access, or paid feature, the payment is processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.

We do not collect or store your full payment card number, CVV, or bank card details.

We may receive limited purchase-related information, such as:

  • purchase status;
  • subscription status;
  • transaction identifier;
  • product purchased;
  • purchase or renewal date.

This information is used to provide access to paid features and manage subscription access.

2.5 Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we may process:

  • your email address;
  • the content of your message;
  • information you choose to share with us;
  • technical details needed to investigate your request.

We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, and improve the App.

03How We Collect Information

We collect information in the following ways:

  • directly from you when you enter information into the App;
  • when you create an account or sign in;
  • automatically through the App and device when you use the App;
  • through Apple App Store In-App Purchases when you purchase paid features;
  • through third-party service providers used for analytics and app operation.

04How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide and operate the App;
  • create and manage user accounts;
  • allow users to track assets, balances, transactions, budgets, categories, notes, tags, and statistics;
  • provide paid features and manage subscription access;
  • improve the App and develop new features;
  • analyze app usage and performance;
  • provide customer support;
  • detect and prevent misuse, technical issues, or unauthorized access;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

05Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate, analyze, and improve the App.

The App may use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase;
  • Firebase Analytics;
  • Amplitude;
  • Apple App Store In-App Purchases.

These providers may process limited technical, device, usage, analytics, and purchase-related information on our behalf.

We do not authorize these providers to use your personal information for their own advertising purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

06Advertising and Tracking

Assentra does not display third-party advertising.

Assentra does not use your data to track you across third-party apps or websites.

Assentra does not sell personal data to third parties.

Assentra does not share personal information with data brokers or advertising networks for targeted advertising purposes.

07Bank Connections

Assentra does not provide bank connection or open banking functionality.

We do not collect:

  • online banking login;
  • online banking password;
  • bank authentication credentials;
  • bank access tokens through open banking providers.

All financial and asset information in the App is entered by the user manually or otherwise provided by the user.

08Children’s Privacy

Assentra: Asset Tracker is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App or provide any personal information through the App.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information as soon as reasonably possible.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@assentra.pro.

We will take reasonable steps to review and delete such information.

09Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App and maintain the user account.

Users can delete their account and data inside the App at any time.

After account deletion, we delete the personal data associated with that account, including user-provided financial and asset data stored in the App account.

We do not retain user-provided financial and asset data after account deletion.

Some purchase records may remain available through Apple according to Apple’s own App Store and payment processing rules. We do not control Apple’s separate data retention practices.

Some non-identifying or aggregated analytics data may remain in third-party analytics systems where it cannot reasonably be linked back to an individual user.

10Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and personal data inside the App at any time.

If you experience any issue with deletion, you may contact us at support@assentra.pro.

When you delete your account, we delete the personal data associated with that account, including user-provided financial and asset data stored in the App account.

11Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

12Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • access your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • request information about how your data is processed.

You can exercise these rights by using the App’s account deletion tools or by contacting us at support@assentra.pro.

13International Data Processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries where we or they operate.

When we use third-party service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

14Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.

Continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes available means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
